ORDER
This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the matter with respect to offences made out in Cr.No.430/2013 in FIR dated 10.06.2013 on the file of the respondent and file the charge sheet.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report with due notice to the defacto complainant as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.
