ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of CMDA submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the reclassification has been made. The learned Additional Advocate General also brought to the notice of this Court the communication made to the Assistant Director (Government Publication), Directorate of Stationery and Printing, wherein the reclassification has been given for being published in the Government Gazette. A copy of the same was also furnished before this Court.

In view of the above development, this Court records the compliance of the order passed by this Court and this Court expects

the publication be made in the Government Gazette as expeditiously as possible.
