Respondents Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules of this Court read with Order VI Rule 17 of CPC praying to amend the petition prayer from "a) that the petitioner may be allowed to prove the Will dated 21.06.2000 and registered as Doc.No.19/2000 in the office of Bargur Sub-Registrar Office, Krishnagiri District, in common form, and that Letter of Administration thereof, to have effect throughout the whole State of Tamil Nadu may be granted to him" to "to grant Letter of Administration for the Will dated 21.06.2000 and registered as Document No.19/2000 in the Office of Bargur Sub-Registrar Office, Krishnagiri District, annexed the properties and credits of deceased may be granted to the petitioner, the son/beneficiary under the Will of the said deceased to have effect limited to the State of Tamil Nadu."
