(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.

Mr. G. Ethirajulu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioners, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the writ petitioners were served with only photocopy of impugned notices and hence, the writ petitioners were not able to file the original impugned notices. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.1493 of 2023, which reads as follows: M.SUNDAR, J.

The petitioners state that the 3rd respondent has served only the xerox copy of the communication dated 02.04.2022 and in view of the above fact, the petitioners are not in a position to produce the certified copy of the same. However, they have enclosed xerox copy in the typed set. ....'
