M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'proceedings dated 02.02.2019 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.7561/2018 M1' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that only a copy of the impugned order passed by the second respondent was served on the petitioner, the same is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 9 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'9. I submit that since being the fact that copy of the impugned order was served upon me and steps to secure the original would take period of time. So, I may be permitted to dispense with the production of the same for the present and I undertake to produce the 1/3

same as and when required by this Honourable Court. 2/3
