O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents herein to register a FIR with regard to the complaint dated 22.11.2021 lodged by the petitioner with the second respondent within a period of time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint dated 22.11.2021, thereafter no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was received through post. Thereafter on enquiry the complaint was closed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never called for enquiry and no statements recorded. The closure of the complaint would clearly shows that in a hurried manner the second respondent had dealt with the petitioner's complaint and closed the complaint.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 08.02.2022, along with the copy of the complaint and necessary documents.

6. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 08.02.2022, along with the copy of the complaint and necessary documents in support of her contention. Thereafter the respondent police is directed to receive the same and conduct enquiry. Thereafter proceed the case in the manner known to law.

7. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
