ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to cancel the selection list of board of directors II 552 Eraiyur Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society Tittakudi, Cuddalore dated 03.04.2018 on the file of the third respondent and to conduct free and fair election to the above said society pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018. 2.As the petitioner himself has admitted that the election to the post of Directors to the above said Society has taken place on 03.04.2018, he has to approach only the Election Tribunal under

Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a petition before the Election Tribunal if he desires.
