This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the proposed party/M/s.Canara Bank as third respondent in the above revision.

2. Considering the fact that the first respondent Syndicate Bank is merged with Canara Bank, this Court is of the view that the proposed party/Canara Bank is required for proper adjudication. Further, there is also no objection on the side of the first respondent in allowing this petition.

3.Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Post the revision on 05.02.2025.
