ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Tiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai to register a case on his complaint dated 23.03.2015 against the said culprits, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.243/2015. The allegation made in the complaint is demand of mamool.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.243/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
