Defendant(s) PRAYER - This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the C.P.C. read with Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules, for a) directing the first defendant to pay the sum of Rs.43,34,000/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of plaint till date of realization b) directing the second defendant to pay the sum of Rs.1,09,351/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of plaint till date of realization c) directing the third defendant to pay the sum of Rs.3,23,851/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of plaint till date of realization d) directing the fourth defendant to pay the sum of Rs.

2,27,329/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of plaint till date of realization e) directing the fifth defendant to pay the sum of Rs.7,75,745/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of Plaint till date of realization; f) for a permanent injunction restraining the first defendant from alienating or encumbering the suit 'A' schedule property in any manner whatsoever; g) for a permanent injunction restraining the fifth defendant from alienating or encumbering the suit 'B' schedule property in any manner whatsoever; h) to direct the defendants 1 to 5 to pay the costs of this suit to the plaintiff.
