These petitions are filed to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased first appellant in both the appeals and rank her as third appellant in the above appeals.

2. Ms.Keerthitha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in S.A.Nos.1050 & 1051 of 2019 and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
