J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN, J.) The claim made by the Appellants in the respective Appeals for relaxation in the matter of age limit was dismissed by the learned Single Judge. The individual orders are under challenge at the instance of the unsuccessful Writ Petitioners.

2. When the Appeals are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Appellants by placing reliance on the proceedings of the TANGEDCO dated 04.07.2013, submitted that in view of the said proceedings, nothing survives for adjudication in the intra Court Appeals.

3. The learned counsel for the Appellants has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Appeals in view of the proceedings of the TANGEDCO dated 04.07.2013.

4. The intra Court Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn taking into account the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Appellant. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
