O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the younger brother of the detenu for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen that the betrothal of the petitioner's brother was held on 15.7.2015 and thereafter, he left the house, since he did not want to get married. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.781 of 2015 for man missing has been registered by the respondent police on 18.7.2015 and the investigation is in progress. Since there is no illegal detention of the detenu warranting issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, this petition is closed with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.781 of 2015 and keep the petitioner informed about the developments.
