O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to set aside the Docket order, dated 25.01.2018 passed in I.A. No.670 of 2014 in M.C.O.P. No.460 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Tiruttani.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available records.

Since, it is the claimed that the respondents are residing within the territorial jurisdiction of the Sub Court, Tiruttani, the suit may be maintainable before the Sub Court, Tiruttani, in view of Section 166 of Motor Vehicles Act. As such, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani is called upon to direct his Registry to number the MCOP, if it is otherwise in order. As such, the docket order, dated 25.01.2018, passed in I.A. No.670 of 2014 is set aside. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani, is called upon to dispose of the claim petition, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
