Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on the application of the petitioner vide application No.2021/0105/01/319800 dated 17.02.2021 in respect of the property situated at Vilangadupakkam Village, bearing plot No.86, Thirumathi Santa Avenue, bearing Patta No.217, comprised in survey No.85/1 and 85/2, measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on the application of the petitioner vide application No.2021/0105/01/319800 dated 17.02.2021 in respect of the property situated at Vilangadupakkam Village, bearing plot No.86, Thirumathi Santa Avenue, bearing Patta No.217, comprised in survey No.85/1 and 85/2, measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft.

2. Heard, Mr.B.Govindaprabu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application of the petitioner dated 17.02.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated at Vilangadupakkam Village, bearing plot No.86, Thirumathi Santa Avenue, bearing Patta No.217, comprised in survey No.85/1 and 85/2, measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft. on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
