ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation based on the summon issued by 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5218/A5/2021 dated 13.12.2021 and pass order within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent / the District Registrar, Tiruppur, with regard to fraudulent transactions with respect of the property comprised in S.Nos.318, 319/1, 319/2, 327/2, 328/1B, 347/1C, 347/1F, 318/2,3,19/3, 347/1A, 347/1B, 329/1 situated at Etty Veerampalayam, Avinasi Taluk, Tiruppur District. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent issued notice dated 13.12.2021 to the petitioner, 4th and 5th respondents herein for the enquiry to be conducted on 21.12.2021. However, the enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent.

Considering the above submissions, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, 4th and 5th respondents herein and conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
