ORDER
This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1646 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report with due notice to the defacto complainant as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.
