This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.08.2022 in pursuance of the order dated 28.09.2022 in C.M.P.No.9730 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.35 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC on 28.01.2023.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any order in this petition.
