ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on her complaint dated 17.10.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner given some money to the opposite party in that, the opposite party is not returning the same. When the petitioner demanded money, the opposite party threatened the petitioner that she will be liquidated. Hence, the present complaint has been preferred by the petitioner.

4.The Police cannot take any action with regard to the money transaction but, if there is any threat to the life of the petitioner, the same shall be looked into by the respondent police and necessary action will be taken.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
