PRAYER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and pass suitable orders as contemplated under Sec. 36 of the Tamil Nadu Society Registration Act, 1975 considering the representation preferred by the petitioner and 225 members on 09.12.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the client has settled the matter out of Court. He has also made an endorsement and circulated a letter to the Registry dated 15.12.2015 to that effect.
