Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2020 and to comply with the direction issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings made in Na.Ka.K7/263/2020 dated 22.05.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Jeremiah For R1 & R2 : Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.05.2020 and to comply with the direction issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings made in Na.Ka.K7/263/2020 dated 22.05.2020.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2020 and to comply with the direction issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings made in Na.Ka.K7/263/2020 dated 22.05.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
