ORDER

This Court had earlier dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31834 of 2025 on 21.11.2025 for the following reasons:

3. However, considering the antecedents that the petitioner has 26 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelihood that he may indulge in similar activities.

2. This is a successive bail petition and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that final report is filed and the petitioner name does not find place in the final report.

Hence prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 26 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to consider the merits of the claim of the petitioner. This Court is of the view that if the petitioner is released on bail he may indulge in similar activities. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
