ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015, take necessary legal action as per law and file final report with the time limit stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.112/2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.112/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
