Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GUPTA & RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRISHNAVENI, Senior Counsel for M/S.RAMALINGAM AND ASSO. for 1st Respondent on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- As per order dated 21.04.2017, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.

1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the account opened in the name of the Registrar (Administration), (Removal of Seemaikaruvelam) (Prosopis Julifora) Trees, Savings Bank Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and to that effect, a memo has been filed. The same is recorded. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the review application by 9/6/17.

Till then, status quo to be maintained.
