ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabakar states that the representation of petitioner dated 05.11.2024 will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
2. Since the prayer clause does not mention which respondent, out of the eight arrayed, has to dispose of the representation, Shri Narenthiran for petitioner stated that it will be respondent No.2, Commissioner, Commissionerate of Land Administration, who had initially issued patta and that land has been alienated, which could not have been done under the conditions placed while granting patta.
3. Therefore, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation. Petitioner shall be given a hearing, notice whereof shall be communicated at least three days in advance. If any third party is going
to be affected, all such persons can be given reasonable notice and also personal hearing.
4. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. We clarify we have not made any observation on the merits of the matter.
