When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 2nd, 4th and 8th to 15th respondents submitted that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited by the appellant Insurance Company and the same has been withdrawn by the concerned respondents.
2. Recording the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
