O R D E R

1. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to return all the original documents submitted by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent at the time of obtaining the loan.

2. I have heard the submissions made by Mr.R.Shenbaga Baabu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader for 1st respondent and Ms.T.Girija, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent.

Today, learned Special Government Pleader Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram appearing for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has cleared the entire loan and the 2nd respondent is ready and willing to hand over the original documents to the petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the 2nd respondent on 03.09.2018 and the 2nd respondent is directed to hand over all the original documents to the petitioner after completing all the formalities.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
