JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant/ accused to set aside the conviction and sentence dated 28.11.2006 imposed on him in S.C.No.87 of 2006 on the file of Additional Sessions cum Fast Track Court, Namakkal. 2.This matter had come up before the learned Single Judge on 22.06.2019. Since there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court had issued bailable warrant against the appellant and also directed the respondent police to execute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bailable warrant and produce the appellant before this Court on 15.07.2019. Accordingly, the matter is taken up today. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the appellant had died on 06.08.2013 and he has also furnished the Death Certificate to that effect.

4.In view of the above the charges against the appellant, stand abated and the present Criminal Appeal is closed as abated.
