This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the 1st respondent in S.T.C.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3.Today, Mr.R.Rajkumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Aruvankadu PS, The Nilgiris is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that the bailable warrant in STC.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor has been executed on 28.03.2018.
Recording the same, this petition is closed.
