ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has given Change of Vakalat in favour of the petitioner, to engage some other counsel way back in 2017.

2. It appears that the petitioner has not taken any steps to file Vakalat. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to restore the same.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
