Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the First and Third Monday until further orders condition imposed by this Hon'0ble Court passed in Crl MP.No.8052/2020 in Crl.OP.No.14349/2020 dated 17.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8052 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14349 of 2020, dated 17.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8052 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14349 of 2020, dated 17.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
