ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2014 in CSR No.378/2014 , the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that there is a dispute between the landlord and tenant in that, the tenant paid advance amount to the landlord and the landlord failed to return the same. Hence, the present complaint has been preferred by the petitioner.

4.In my considered opinion, the Police cannot take any action with regard to the money transaction. Hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
