Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing the Se.Mu. Aa.No.S2/ 16424/ 2007, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Head of Forest Force, dated 27.09.2023 on the file of the Second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass orders basis of the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.

No.2480/ 2018/ Pa2 dated 02.04.2018 and Na.Ka.No 2482/ 2018/Pa2 dated 25.10.2018 and clarification from the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No. S2/ 16424/ 2007 dated 02.07.2019 same was clarified by the 3rd Respondent in Na.No. 2482/ 2018 Pa2 dated 09.01.2021 and consider the claim of the Petitioner appointment / driver on par with juniors w.e.f. 09.04.2007 in the light of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.S2 / 16424/ 2007 dated 15.12.2017 and light of the order passed by this High Court order in W.P. No. 33045 of 2019 dated 26.11.2019 and same was implemented by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
