ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2 nd respondent to register First Information Report as per the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, dated 16.05.2024 against the accused person within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner-Company, FIR was already registered in Crime No.4 of 2025 on 20.01.2025 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC and therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
