This Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order that was passed on 17.06.2019 directing the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.1000/- as a condition for condoning the delay in representing the appeal and paying the deficit Court fee.
2. By order dated 17.06.2019, this Court had directed the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to Kakkum Karangal, the old age home. It is stated that the costs, as directed by this Court, was paid with a delay on 17.09.2020.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is stated that the counsel, who represented the petitioner on 17.06.2019 did not make note of the imposition of costs. Hence, the delay occurred. R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

Accepting the said explanation and in view of the fact that the costs have now been paid, the time granted for payment of costs under the conditional order dated 17.06.2019 is extended upto 17.09.2020 and the payment made on 17.09.2020 is treated as one in compliance with the order dated 17.06.2019. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
5. In view of the extension of time, C.M.P.Nos. 12032 & 12030 of 2019 will stand restored and the delay in filing and delay in payment of deficit Court will stand condoned.
