O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Suresh @ Nondi Suresh, son of Loganathan, aged about 37 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 13.07.2015 against her husband branding him as a "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 13.07.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. Rt No.5172, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 14.08.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
