Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Syed Ibrahim (35 years) S/o.Shaul Hameed and his friends namely S.Ravek Kulanthiraj (aged 36) S/o.Sesu, Nagoor Gani (aged

35) S/o.Shakul Hameed and Mohamed Iqbal (aged 31) S/o.Abdul Rahman, who are illegally detained by the respondents 2 to 5 before this Court and set them at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to produce the detenues, petitioner's husband Syed Ibrahim and his friends namely S.Ravek Kulanthiraj, Nagoor Gani and Mohamed Iqbal from the illegal custody of the respondents 2 to 5 and set them at liberty.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a memo informing that the alleged detenue has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of Ananthasagaram Police Station and produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Athmakur, Nellore District on 01.02.2018 and is now confined in Central Prison, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. In the above circumstances, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention involved.
