OP No.52 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by U.Suriyavarman, who died intestate on 09.09.2018. The said deceased U.Suriyavarman was carrying business in the name and style of M/s.S.U.Jewel Makers. The first petitioner is the wife, the second petitioner is the mother and the petitioners 3 and 4 are the minor children of late U.Suriyavarman.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased U.Suriyavarman as Ex.P2. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased U.Suriyavarman. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. The share of the minors is directed to be deposited in any one of the Nationalised Banks in http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., fixed deposit with a provision for automatic renewal till the minors attain majority. The fixed deposit receipt shall be lodged with the Registrar General of this Court for safe custody.
