This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act to set-aside the Judgment and decree in G.O.P. No.44 of 2012 , dated 06.09.2014 passed by District Judge, Family Court, Puducherry.

J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the present appeal is filed challenging the order dismissing the Guardian O.P., filed by the appellant.
2. The learned counsel further submitted that the minor Abinaya was born on 26.02.2004 and now, she had attained
majority and hence, nothing survives in the appeal.
3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
