CRIME NO.740/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties pursuant to the orders passed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.9966 of 2021 dated 07.06.2021 and Crl.MP.No.8866 of 2021 extension of time dated 09.09.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble court.

A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 07.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9966 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.8866 of 2021 to execute sureties. 2.Heard both sides.
