ORDER

When the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation for the Petitioner and thus, the matter was passed over. This clearly shows that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
