This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the first respondent to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Thasleena Banu, aged 16 years, daughter of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3.The first respondent, viz., the Inspector of Police, H-8 Police Station, Thiruvottiyur Police Station, has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/mother.
