This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to reopen enquiry in Na.Ka.No.919 of 2021 Va.Sa(1) dated 06.10.2021 and conduct fair enquiry against the 5th to 7th respondents based on the petitioner's representations dated 13.09.2021, 04.10.2021, 25.10.2021 and 06.11.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a consumer and was in receipt of essential commodities like Rice, Wheat, Sugar and Palm oil etc., from the Fair Price Shop under Public Distribution System. According to him, the essential commodities were over priced beyond what has been fixed by the Government and the respondents 5 to 7 are responsible for the same. He has come out with various other allegations against the respondents 5 to 7.

3. The affidavit, in its entirety, contains jumbled up of averments and incoherently presented. From going through the entire affidavit, this Court is unable to make out any legal sense to entertain this writ petition, even for a second. He seeks direction from this Court to take action against the erring officials on the basis of self-serving averments. This Court certainly cannot extend its jurisdiction for such selfmotivated litigation for giving direction to any authority to take action against the other Government Servants.

4. This kind of litigations are always laced with malicious agenda which ought not be entertained by this Court by exercising its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of

the Constitution of India.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
