ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 127(2), 351(2) and 108 of BNS in connection with the Cr.No.246 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court on 21.11.2025 vide Crl.O.P.No.31755 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners, with the following the observations:
"5. Considering the nature of the allegations and overt act of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instruction submitted that the petitioners have filed this second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances.
4. Since, there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
