Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent not to shift the TASMAC shop from Guduvancherry to petitioner's Madampakkam village (near Govt.Girls Hr.Secondary School) and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.3.2017.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent not to shift the TASMAC shop from Guduvancherry to petitioner's Madampakkam village (near Govt.Girls Hr.Secondary School) and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.3.2017.

2. Apprehending the shifting of TAXMAC shop from Guduvancherry to petitioner's village by the 3rd respondent, it appears that the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent requesting not to transfer the same. Pending consideration of the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for the relief as stated above.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner

dated 13.3.2017, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action by passing orders therein in accordance with law and relevant Rules and Regulations and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
