Instant writ petition is filed seeking appointment of a Judicial Officer to conduct a judicial enquiry in the matter of reinstatement of the 5th respondent herein in the service of the Temple Arulmighu Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Temple, Triplicane, Chennai - 5 and to file a report thereon before this Court.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.Nithyanandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
