This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the defamation complaint filed by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent died and thereafter, the petitioner also died and hence, nothing survives in this quash petition and therefore, he prays for dismissal of the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated.
