The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 10.03.1977 in A.S.No.115 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore confirming the judgment and decree dated 10.04.1995 in O.S.No.2449 of 1991 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif of Coimbatore.

JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 10.03.1977 in A.S.No.115 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore confirming the judgment and decree dated 10.04.1995 in O.S.No.2449 of 1991 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif of Coimbatore.

2. It is seen that this second appeal has been filed as against the concurrent findings of the courts below, and none has appeared for the appellant for the past several occasions in this second appeal, which shows that the appellant has no interest to proceed with this second appeal.

3. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
