The grievances of the writ petitioner is that, inspite of the complaint made by him, no action has been taken by the respondents. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, the complaint filed by the writ petitioner was considered and disciplinary proceedings were initiated and a punishment was also imposed on the person against whom the complaint is made.
