The petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.1 of 2024, now pending before the XXII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, seeks bail. Originally, Crime No.883 of 2018 had been registered and after alteration, the provisions of law were under Sections 294(b), 392 r/w 397, 427 & 506(ii) of IPC.
2.The petitioner did not appear before the Court. A Nonbailable warrant had been issued against the petitioner on 15.06.2023 and the same had been executed on 19.11.2023. 3.The petitioner is the sole accused. Naturally there cannot be any progress in the case, FIR was registered in the year 2018 and finally, the matter had been committed only in the year 2023 and numbered as S.C.No.1 of 2024.

ata 4.Let the charges be framed and after that necessary conditions can be imposed. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application after the charges are framed by the trial Court.
